ETA: Apparently they had to change the audio/soundtrack due to "copyright issues" aka MTV not giving a shit enough to get rights for the songs. It's still better than nothing though.

Some thieving mothereffer tried to break into our place today. Mind you we live in a nice quiet condo, but like other cities, it's close to a lot of unsavory elements.
THE LONG STORY
Just two weeks ago on a Friday, around 10:30pm we heard the door bell. Bri checked the back door and no one was there. Puzzling. No one really visits us at that time. So he goes to the living room, peeks out the blinds and sees black dude crossing our center courtyard, looking straight at our window. I thought maybe it was someone drunk or looking for the wrong apartment. Bri got really spooked. He put metal bars on all of the back windows, all our other windows are painted shut. It's a fire hazard but fuck it. He also installed a program on his computer to take pictures of anyone coming into our office and uploads it on to a server.
Today I came home and lo and behold, the glass pane in the back door is broken, it's very obvious someone tried to pry the lock open. Our neighbor came by and said he saw a dude walk out around noon looking shady...description matches the same dude casing our place the other week.
THE SHORT STORY
He attempted the tried and true method of breaking the glass pane on the door with a rock, then simply turning the lock to get in. Problem is, we just installed a lock that needs a key to get opened on both sides. He probably left pretty fucking pissed.
We are getting a shotgun this week.
